Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging will be accepted if initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

- Swimwear

- Bodysuits

- Jewelry

- Beauty Products

- Accessories

- like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

- Sale/Clearance items

- Gift Cards

Listed above items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and not available for store credit.


*All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange*

You may purchase and submit a return label through out Returns portal.

Return shipping labels can be purchased for $2.99, if you are returning a single item or for $4.99 for multiple items.

*Please note shipping rates are available for items being shipped within U.S Domestic states only.

We do not offer exchanges, however we encourage you to return the item you have by mail in accordance with our return policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

* All returning items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

*We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. It is recommended that you keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

*All returns must include a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your order number securely in a box.You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Additional Info

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

If your order is not eligible for cancellation initiate a return for any unwanted items once you receive your package within 14 business days.

Blu Bottoms™ reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive length of returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer and/or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
