Shipping and Delivery Clause
Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Blu Bottoms relinquishes responsibility for the package. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues arising from the package's delivery such as delays, loss, or damage. While Blu Bottoms commits to providing all necessary assistance in facilitating communication between our customers and the shipping carriers, the ultimate responsibility for the delivery and condition of the package lies with the carrier from the point of dispatch.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly with their tracking number for any concerns related to the shipment's status, delivery, or condition upon arrival. Blu Bottoms will provide support in obtaining any necessary information from the carrier to assist in resolving shipment-related issues. However, Blu Bottoms is not liable for the actions or failures of third-party shipping services.
For lost packages, customers are advised to file a claim directly with the carrier. Blu Bottoms will assist in providing any necessary information to support the claim process but cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim made against the carrier.
